It is used in hydraulic system to deliver mom-corrosive lubricating oil at temperature below 80��.Equivalent liquid without solid particles and fibrds and with the viscosity of 5-1500cst.

It gives performance as tran-delivery pump or pressure booster pump in oil delivery system and it can perform as feal pump for delivery ,pressurization and jyection in fuel supply system.Anyhow ,it can be applied as lubrcting pump in all industry fields.

      YCB series gear pump are mainly composed of gears,axles,pump body and cap,bearing sleeves and axle-end seals etc.The gears are adopted a new technology of international advanced level in 80;sdouble circular teeth shape,which makes the years less to wer on year surface ,stable revolution,low noise,long service life and high efficiency,due to no sliding on the teeth dring year falling-in.This kind of pump has got fid or traditional design and come into a new decade in desinging and application.
      The pump  is designedwith pressure differential type safety valve for protection against over-load,the full reture flow pressure is 1.5 times bigger than the rate exhausting pressure of the pump .It can be adjusted within the allowance of exharsting pressure range in actual pracice.But please note that safety vale can not working as pressure reducing valve for long time.You may separately install pressure reducing valve on pipe-line if needed.
      There  are two kinds of axle-end seals,mechanical seals and packing seals,which can deb chosen according to hte clients' requirment or to actual need in practice.
