KCB series of gear pump are mainly composed of gears,axles,pump body and cap,safety valve and axle-end seals etc.The heat-treated gears possess the advantage of higher handness and intensity and fixed onto the axles rotating inside the replaceable axle-sleeves.All pump parts can be automatically lubricated by delivering medium when the pump is working.
this properly designed with leakage and return chute,which lets the gears hear the least torque force and reduces load and wear on bearings ,in order to raise pump efficiency.
The pump is designed with safety valves for protection agiuainst overload .The fullreturn flow pressure of safety valve is 1.5 times ,higher than the rated exhausting pressure of the pump.It can also be adjusted within the allowance of exhausting ressure range in actual practice.But please note that saety valve can not be working as pressure reducing valve for long time .You manyinstall pressure reducing valve separately on pipe-line if needed.
